[5.12.10] Introduction!

Hey viewers! I've started this blog as a sort of documentation of the work I do from now on. I have a few portfolios, but never do I take the time to actually write ABOUT the work and my thoughts on it. That is what this will be used for. I also wanted to have a place where I can post a larger amount of favorite shots from my shoots that I can't fit into my portfolio.

My purpose as a photographer is to bring quality images to people and make them smile. As I have learned so far, just because one may *love* doing something, does not necessarily mean that they are *good* at it. This has been a very important lesson that I have learned while I was trying to find my place and career in life. I don't necessarily always consider Photography a hobby that I love most. Yes, it is a major part of my life and my primary career, but there are many other things that I love and wish I had the talent for pursuing, but unfortunately those things I am not great at. Photography for me, is both something I enjoy.. and something I've built a talent for. When I deliver photos to my clients I love seeing the look on their faces and the smile my work brings to them. That is what makes this all worth while. I love being able to put people in a different light and give them a glimpse of what they look like through another person's eyes. With each shoot, I am dedicated in trying to bring out the beauty in everyone, because as cliche' as it may sound... I do believe that everyone IS beautiful.
